MOVEMENT IS LIFE. WE MAKE IT EFFORTLESS
Precision-guided stretching and muscle activation to restore your range of motion and enhance your quality of life
About Us
At Move Mint Condition, we combine the science of Physical Therapy with the art of assisted stretching to create a recovery experience that actually sticks. We are a fitness studio working to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Whether you are coming back from an old injury, dealing with chronic tightness, or training for your next goal, we use a clinical approach to mobility: assessment-driven sessions that improve range of motion, control, and confidence in your movement.
We offer assisted stretching and functional movement training.
What is Assisted Stretching?
Assisted stretching is a one-on-one service where a trained professional guides your body through targeted stretches designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows muscles and joints to move through a greater range of motion while helping you relax and achieve deeper, more effective results.
✓ Improved flexibility & mobility
✓ Reduced muscle tension
✓ Better posture & movement quality
✓ Reduced risk of injury
What is Functional Movement Training?
Functional Movement Training combines strength, stability, mobility, and movement coaching to help your body move more efficiently. Rather than isolating individual muscle, we focus on movement patterns that improve the way you bend, lift, reach, squat, carry, and perform everyday activities. Every program is customized to you goals, helping you build strength, improve confidence in movement, and stay active for the long term.
✓ Improve strength & stability
✓ Enhance balance & coordination
✓ Reduce risk of injury
✓ Move better for life
